SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days for order to be processed and shipped. Please check your email to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number. If you have any questions please contact info@shopmillhaus.com

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receiving your items. All items must be returned to us in their original and unused condition. Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund less any shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method.

We reserve the right to offer refund based on condition of returned item after inspection. In this case, we will contact the purchaser to inform of this decision.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If a product you receive is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of noticing the defect. Defective products include holes, large misprints, and broken zippers.

PLEASE NOTE: Many of our products are natural and genuine leathers, hand stamped, dyed, and/or hand printed. Due to the nature of these materials, there may be small blemishes, imperfections, or dye lot variations which we consider part of the character of the material & product. These are not considered defective.
