SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days for order to be processed and shipped. Please check your email to receive your shipping confirmation and tracking number. If you have any questions please contact info@shopmillhaus.com

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receiving your item. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund (less shipping charges) to your original payment method.

Millhaus reserves the right to determine refund eligibility based on the condition of the returned item.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item appears to be defective (e.g. holes, large misprints, or broken zippers), please notify us within 48 hours of noticing the issue by emailing info@shopmillhaus.com with photos.

Defect claims must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. Any issues reported beyond 90 days are considered normal wear and tear and are not eligible for refund, repair, or replacement.

Please note: Millhaus handbags are handmade with care and built to last, but stitching or material wear from prolonged use may naturally occur over time. We do not offer repairs or replacements for items that fall outside of our 90-day defect window.

We’re a small business committed to your satisfaction. If you're experiencing an issue outside the defect window, reach out anyway - we may be able to offer a courtesy discount or recommendation to help.
